East of downtown, toward Fort Caroline

This is the side of town near the St. Johns, the Dames Point bridge, and Fort Caroline, not the Westside and not Orange Park. Lots are often a decent size for an in-town neighborhood. There is no single new-construction amenity package to recite. Read the listing for an HOA, a pool, or a creek, and assume none of those until you see them.
