Work Directly With Matt

Matt Strickland is a retired U.S. Navy officer, a Florida Real Estate Broker, and the Broker-Owner of Military Realty of Florida. When you join, you learn from someone who has done every part of this business himself.

  • Navy nuclear power background and a career as a Navy officer. He has made the PCS move as the service member, not as a spectator.
  • MS in Engineering / Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
  • In real estate since 2014, and an active real estate investor himself.
  • Florida registered building contractor who does flips and general contracting, so he reads a house the way a contractor does: roof, HVAC, wind mitigation, and what a VA appraiser will flag.
  • VA loan and PCS specialist who built the site's 12-chapter VA Loan Knowledge Center for Jacksonville buyers.
