Cypress Springs is a residential community in Orange Park in Clay County, on the south side of the Jacksonville area along the St. Johns River corridor. Orange Park grew up around Blanding Boulevard and Park Avenue, and its established subdivisions sit under mature oak canopy between Doctors Lake to the south and the commercial strips that handle daily shopping, dining and medical care. Homes in Cypress Springs follow that established Orange Park pattern, with single-family houses on local streets that feed toward the town's parks, schools and riverfront. Public schools are part of Clay County District Schools. Naval Air Station Jacksonville stands a short drive north along the river, part of the town's long military connection, and downtown Jacksonville is reached by the Buckman Bridge or US 17.
