Military Realty of Florida ("we," "us," "our") operates the website https://www.militaryrealtyflorida.com and related social media integrations, including the "Military Realty of Florida" app on Meta platforms. This policy explains what information we collect through those integrations and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you authorize our app to connect to Facebook or Instagram business assets you manage (such as a Facebook Page or Instagram business account), we may access: basic profile information (name, profile picture) for accounts you authorize; content from Pages and accounts you manage — posts, photos, videos, comments, and messages — so we can schedule posts and read and respond to engagement; Page and account insights (such as reach and follower counts) for accounts you manage; and your contact information (name, email address, phone number) when you provide it through our website forms. We access only the business assets you explicitly authorize. We do not access personal Facebook profiles or any assets you have not connected.
How we use information. To schedule, publish, and manage social media content for Military Realty of Florida; to read and respond to comments and messages on our business Pages and accounts; to review performance insights for our own business accounts; and to respond to inquiries you submit through our website.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the website and integrations (such as hosting providers), and when required by law.
Data retention. We keep connected-account data only as long as the integration is active or as needed to operate our business. You may revoke the app's access at any time through your Facebook Settings under Business Integrations; revoking access stops further data collection.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing matt@militaryrealtyflorida.com. See the Data Deletion Instructions section below.
Children. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Authorization of a business asset through our app confirms you have the right to manage that asset.
Intellectual property. All content on this website — text, images, branding — is owned by Military Realty of Florida or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party platforms. The Service interacts with Meta platforms, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the operation of those platforms.
Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Military Realty of Florida is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

If you authorized the "Military Realty of Florida" app to access your Facebook or Instagram business assets and want your data deleted, follow these steps:
You can also revoke the app's access immediately at any time: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select "Military Realty of Florida," and remove it. Revoking stops all further data collection by the app.
What we keep. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction or compliance records). Marketing or analytics data tied to your request is deleted.
