Fleming Island SE Homes for Sale

Fleming Island SE takes in the river side of the island's southern half, east of US 17, including the old community of Hibernia. Irish settler George Fleming, for whom the island is named, established his Hibernia plantation here in 1790, and the Carpenter Gothic St. Margaret's Episcopal Church and its cemetery on Old Church Road are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Nearly all listings are single-family homes, many in Hibernia Plantation, with others in Christopher Cove and Fleming Oaks, built mostly from the 1980s through the 2010s. NAS Jacksonville is about 12 miles north. Public schools are part of Clay County District Schools. Browse current Fleming Island SE homes for sale below.
