Holiday Hill is an established neighborhood on Jacksonville's Southside, east of the St. Johns River in Duval County, in the broad residential area that grew up along and south of Beach Boulevard during the postwar decades. Together with Holiday Hill Manor and Holiday Hills, it forms a cluster of adjoining subdivisions with curving residential streets, mature trees and homes built as Jacksonville expanded outward from downtown. The housing is detached and single-family in character, set on individual lots in streets that remain residential rather than commercial, even though Beach Boulevard and the Southside shopping corridors are close by.
