Mannings is a small residential area in Georgetown, an unincorporated community in Putnam County on the east side of the St. Johns River near the northern shore of Lake George. Georgetown is rural in character, reached by County Road 309 and local roads through pine woods and riverfront land, with the river, Drayton Island and the surrounding lakes and forest defining the setting. Housing in and around Mannings reflects that countryside pattern, with homes set on individual lots rather than in a dense subdivision grid, and open land, docks and water access are part of ordinary life in this part of Putnam County. Palatka lies to the north and Crescent City to the south along the river corridor. Browse current Mannings homes for sale below.
