Normandy Acres sits on Jacksonville's Westside, in the Normandy area west of Interstate 295 and south of Normandy Boulevard. Developed as part of the postwar growth that filled in the Westside, it is an established residential neighborhood of local streets and single-family homes, near the larger Normandy Village area and the commercial corridor along Normandy Boulevard. Homes sit on neighborhood lots under mature trees, in a part of the Westside that remains primarily residential in character. The Cecil area and its parks and former naval air station lands lie to the southwest, and the St. Johns River is a drive east across the Buckman Bridge or through Orange Park to the south. Public schools are part of Duval County Public Schools. Browse current Normandy Acres homes for sale below.
