Ocean Villas Homes for Sale

Ocean Villas is a coastal community in St. Augustine, in St. Johns County on Anastasia Island, the barrier island that shelters the historic city from the Atlantic. The island setting puts the beach, Anastasia State Park and the St. Augustine Lighthouse within a short distance, while the Bridge of Lions leads west into the old downtown and its Castillo de San Marcos waterfront. Housing on this side of St. Augustine is shaped by beach living, a mix of homes and condominium-style residences built for both year-round residents and second-home owners, on streets set back from A1A behind the dunes. Public schools are part of the St. Johns County School District, long one of the draws of living in this county. US 1 and A1A carry residents north toward Jacksonville and south toward Crescent Beach. Browse current Ocean Villas homes for sale below.
