O'Neil, Nassauville and Holly Point are unincorporated communities in eastern Nassau County, between Yulee and Fernandina Beach. O'Neil sits along State Road 200 between Lanceford Creek and Kingsley Creek, while Nassauville and Holly Point stretch south toward the Nassau River and its tidal creeks. Buyers assigned to NAS Jacksonville or Naval Station Mayport typically commute south on I-95 into Jacksonville. Homes here range from single-family houses on larger, often wooded lots to waterfront properties along the creeks and newer subdivisions near SR 200. Public schools are part of the Nassau County School District. The county's Holly Point Boat Ramp on Christopher Creek offers free access to the upper Nassau River for fishing and boating, and Amelia Island's beaches are a short drive east.
