Plummers Bluff is part of the Plummers Cove area in southern Jacksonville, a riverfront district in Mandarin along the east bank of the St. Johns River off San Jose Boulevard. The cove is one of Mandarin's defining features, a sheltered inlet lined with docks, boathouses and mature live oaks, where older river estates sit alongside smaller residential streets. Plummers Bluff shares that bluff-and-river setting, above the water on the Mandarin side of the river, south of the Buckman Bridge and Interstate 295. Mandarin itself is known for its oak canopy, its nineteenth-century history as a river port, and County Dock Road's public boat ramp on the cove. Public schools are part of Duval County Public Schools. Browse current Plummers Bluff homes for sale below.
