The Reef Homes for Sale

The Reef is a residential community in St. Johns, the fast-growing unincorporated part of northwestern St. Johns County between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, along the County Road 210 and Race Track Road corridors. This area was largely rural pine flatwoods a generation ago and has since filled in with subdivisions, schools and shopping centers serving families who travel north into Jacksonville or south toward St. Augustine on US 1 and I-95. Public schools are part of the St. Johns County School District. Creeks, preserves and river marinas break up the development, and beach access at Ponte Vedra and Vilano is a straight drive east.
