This privacy policy describes how the Military Realty of Florida internal YouTube management tool ("the App") handles Google user data. The App is a private, single-user tool operated by Military Realty of Florida to manage video descriptions on our own YouTube channel.
When you authorize the App with your Google account, it requests the following YouTube Data API scope:

The App accesses only the YouTube channel owned by Military Realty of Florida. It does not access your emails, contacts, files, or any other Google services.
Video metadata is read solely to audit and maintain accurate branding and contact information in our video descriptions. Description updates are made only at our direction. Data retrieved through the API is used exclusively for managing our own channel content.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third party. Data is transmitted only between our server and Google's APIs as required for the App to function.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on our private server with restricted file permissions. Tokens are used only to maintain the authorized API session and are never exposed publicly or embedded in client-side code.
Video metadata retrieved during an audit is retained only as long as needed for that task (typically in local run reports). You may revoke the App's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access), which immediately invalidates all tokens. Upon revocation, we delete stored tokens.
