The Military Realty of Florida YouTube channel management tool ("the App") is a private, internal tool operated by Military Realty of Florida ("we," "us"). It connects to the YouTube Data API using your Google authorization to list, read, and update video descriptions on our own YouTube channel. The App is not offered to the public.
By authorizing the App with your Google account, you grant it permission to view and manage videos on the connected YouTube channel via the youtube.force-ssl scope. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings, which immediately terminates the App's access.
You agree to use the App only for managing content on YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage. You will not use the App to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or API Services Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activity performed through the App under your authorization. Notify us promptly at matt@militaryrealtyflorida.com if you believe your authorization has been compromised.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where the App depends on third-party services such as Google's APIs, which are subject to their own quotas, limits, and terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Realty of Florida will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including changes made to YouTube channel content at your direction.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may terminate your use at any time by revoking the App's access in your Google Account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
