The Woods is a gated community at Atlantic Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard, ZIP 32246. Development started in 1974. The association counts a little over 800 homes. Active listings, newest first.

An older gate, still in demand

The community center has a clubhouse and a pool. There are tennis courts, a basketball court, ball fields, miles of paths, and a long list of ponds. A later section was built by ICI into the early 2000s, so the houses are not all one era. Twin Pines is one of the street names you will see.

The beaches are east. Downtown is west on Atlantic. Deerwood and Kensington are the other Southside names on this side of Hodges. Boat and RV storage is something residents ask about, because the gate has a lane for them. Ask how it works before you buy the trailer.
